RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Studio Maya Lina creates handmade and personalized products.

Due to the handmade, made-to-order and personalized nature of Studio Maya Lina products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

For non-personalized items, return requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact Studio Maya Lina within 7 days of delivery. Include photographs of the issue so that an appropriate solution can be arranged.

Product Variations

As each item is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of handmade craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Care Instructions

Studio Maya Lina is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, dropping, impact, accidents, dishwasher use, soaking, or failure to follow the provided care instructions.
