For products that are not personalised or custom-made, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. 

This applies to pre-made products that have not been personalised or changed specifically for you.

Products made according to your personal specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from this 14-day cancellation right.
