Studio Maya Lina sells handmade and personalized products, including custom tumblers and other creative items. As all products are handmade, slight variations may occur between products.

Colors may vary slightly from product photos due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the handmade nature of our products.

  1. Orders

Orders are processed once payment has been received. Personalized products are created based on the customer’s preferences and specifications.

  1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

If an item arrives damaged or there is an error with the order, please contact us so we can work together to find a suitable solution.

Studio Maya Lina is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, dropping, impact, accidents, or failure to follow the provided care instructions.

  1. Product Care

Our products should be handled with care.

Tumblers are:

• Not dishwasher safe
• Not intended to be soaked for extended periods
• Not suitable for extremely hot beverages
• Best cleaned by hand

For snow globe tumblers, glitter, mica, or other fillers may gradually settle over time. This is a normal characteristic of the product and not considered a manufacturing defect.

  1. Shipping

Studio Maya Lina carefully packages all orders before shipment. Once a package has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
